3rd Thursday Journey Circle

This Month’s Topic: Transformation in Turbulent Times

Thursday, April 17, Third Thursday Journey Circle

Online and In-person at the Home Within wellness space

With all that is happening in our world at this time, it can feel more challenging than ever to stay centered and in alignment with our higher selves. But it’s also more important than ever.

When we are lost in grief, anger and anxiety, it is harder for us to be in our power, our light and our truth. And our reality quickly begins to reflect our contracted point of view.

But when we are clear, heart-centered and connected to higher guidance, we have the ability to think, speak and act in ways that are of greatest benefit to ourselves, others and the planet. We have the ability to be leaders, healers and way-showers simply through being. And our personal reality begins to reflect this expansion and empowerment.

Thankfully, our personal guides are here to help us, moment-by-moment, day-by-day, to shift into a state of connection, rather than contraction. In this session, we will explore simple experiential practices and journeys for accessing the powerful transformational opportunity in these turbulent times.

In this 2-hour gathering, the format will include:

  • Introductory teachings by Matthew Tenzin

  • Ratting and drumming to power up and connect to higher guidance

  • Several journeys and practices for personal vision, healing and inspiration

  • Time for notes, questions, discussion and connection

When: 3rd Thursday of the Month, from 6:30PM - 8:30 PM

Where: Home Within, 4676 Broadway, Second Floor (above Proto’s Pizza, enter on Broadway) or Online (Register below for the Zoom link)
